1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lubbock REIA, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Lubbock REIA platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Calculator Disclaimer
The calculators and tools provided (DSCR, BRRRR, Repair Estimates) are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
Results from calculators are estimates only and actual results may vary significantly. Lubbock REIA makes no guarantees about the accuracy of these calculations.
5. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lubbock REIA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
